Justin Tippett has been the Executive Manager for Don Elgin since 2014 handling all of Don’s bookings, corporate branding and digital presence.
Justin and Don initially met when they were both working at Australia Post back in the early 2000’s – Justin as manager of the Contact Centre and Don was working at Australia Post as part of the Olympic Job Opportunity Program (OJOP).
As part of OJOP, Don was required to spend some time working at the contact centre putting his people skills to good work working with both the staff and customers of Australia Post. Whilst Justin can’t actually recall seeing Don on many occasions, they did manage to strike up a good friendship and remained friends long after both had moved on from Australia Post.
Justin has since forged his own career as one of the leading authorities on contact centres in Australia and in 2019 was also named as one of the top 30 customer experience influencers in the world. He founded and operates a number of businesses within the contact centre and CX industry including the Australian Customer Experience Professionals Association (ACXPA) and CX Skills, Australia’s leading customer service training business.
